Optimising Your New Water Softener to Suit You

BWT Commissioning is a tailored service designed and developed to help you get the very best out of your new BWT water softener. Your commissioning  visit will be carried out by a fully trained BWT engineer who will: Test your water hardness, check that your new water softener is set up correctly, metering and operating efficiently, making any adjustments that are necessary to suit you, your home and lifestyle. They will happily explain the features and benefits of the model you have chosen and demonstrate the basic set-up procedure. This includes, how to use your water softener’s by-pass to isolate your water softener, if it is to be left unattended for an extended period of time, i.e. when you are going away on holiday etc. and any optional settings including the blend valve, that you may want to use in future. They will of course allow you plenty of time to ask any questions you may have.

To take advantage of this SERVICE, please call customer services on 01494 838100 (option 2) once your water softener has been installed and left operational to arrange a date for your free Care at home commissioning visit.

Note: Your BWT Engineer will email you a written report of their visit. Please be aware that your engineer is not authorised to modify the installation which BWT believes is best left to your ‘installer’ who will already have a sound knowledge of your installation and plumbing.
