We offer a small range of water softener service contracts designed and developed to keep your new water softener in tip top condition. Ensuring it delivers copious amounts of Luxury Water when you need it. All of our service contracts are backed by our own factory trained engineers and BWT genuine service parts. Our two most popular plans are shown below and add the befit of a loyalty discount at no extra cost.
Platinum: Our premium service plan is designed for those discerning customers that demand the very best in customer care. With an annual service visit and a free resin clean (normally £45) it offers complete peace of mind and hygiene safety. Ensuring your water softener is operating efficiently for you, your family and home and when your warranty expires, we will automatically extend it for the duration of the contract.
If you pay by direct debit, you will benefit from a six percent per annum new water softener discount accrual (up to a maximum of 60%) against the cost of a replacement water softener in the future.
Gold: Our Gold service plan offers the very best compromise combining a regular service visit every two years and the option to purchase a resin clean at the current list price. Like the Platinum service when you warranty expires, we will automatically extend it for the duration of the contract. If you pay by direct debit, you will benefit from a four percent per annum new water softener discount accrual (up to a maximum of 40%) against the cost of a replacement water softener in the future
